Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, or global shipping disruptions. In such cases, we will proactively inform you and work with logistics providers to expedite the process.

The total price displayed at checkout is the final price — you will not need to pay any additional customs duties, VAT, or hidden fees.

1.  Cancel Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 3 days for a full refund.
If the product hasn't shipped yet, the refund will be processed immediately with no extra fees.

2.  Refuse Delivery
If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the package upon delivery.
Once we receive the return, you’ll get a full refund.
Please inform our support team in advance.

3. Return Within 90 Days
You may return or exchange your product within 90 days if:

• It was damaged during shipping

• It has a non-human defect upon arrival

• You’re unsatisfied with the performance of the fuck machine

4.  1-Year Warranty
The fuck machine (main unit) comes with a 1-year warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects
