1. Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order within 3 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • If the product has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund immediately with no additional cost.


2. Returns Due to Refusal at Delivery

  • If the product has already been shipped, please wait until it is delivered and refuse the package upon arrival.

  • Once the package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund.

  • Please notify our customer support team in advance if you intend to refuse the delivery.


3. Return & Refund After Delivery

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund or Exchange:

  • The product is damaged due to logistics during transportation.

  • The product has non-human defects or malfunctions upon arrival.

  • The product is a fuck machine and you are unsatisfied with its performance.

In all cases, please contact customer support immediately to initiate the return process. We may require proof (photos or videos) of the issue.


4. Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper operation within 30 days are not eligible for return or refund. However, they may qualify for repair service.

  • Accessories or parts (such as sleeves, attachments, or consumables) cannot be returned if they have been used, even if the main product (e.g., the fuck machine) is returned.

  • After 30 days of receipt, returns and refunds will not be accepted, regardless of reason.


5. One-Year Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on our fuck machines, excluding any parts that come in direct contact with the human body, such as silicone attachments or insertable toys. Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Malfunctions not caused by user damage

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.

  • All returns must be sent in original or safe packaging to ensure proper handling.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
