  • You are eligible for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is damaged in transit or arrives with a manufacturing defect (non-human damage).

  • Used accessories (such as penetrable attachments) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, even if the main unit is returned.

  • After 30 days, products are not eligible for refund, but are covered under a 1-year limited warranty (excluding consumable sex toy parts in direct contact with the body).
